I have a strange SPS growth in my last tank
Some corals (3-4) grow on the base or on the rock but NOT in height.
Manage pools for several years and I had never happened so many cases ...
my color is good
some help?
a suggestion?

almost a year

They can't grow taller if the base can't support them. Mine always do this. They will eventually start going up but they need a good base to do so.

That is why some people prefer plugs that are encrusted already. But they still take time to acclimate to their new environment. I have some corals that just grown plain weird too. stretching for light and such. Flow has a lot to do with it also. Your colors look good so I wouldn't even worry about it.

As others have said, some corals, especially acropora in my experience, like to encrust a large base before starting upwards growth. Sometimes in stronger flow, they will encrust a larger base before branching to be able to support the colony. On the other hand, corals like seriatopora rarely encrust much at all before branching. So it really depends on the coral. As long as color/pe is good, then I wouldn't be concerned!

Looks pretty normal to me.

Given all that PE and color it seems you have some encrusting frags ready to bust out into full grown colonies in the next few months.

To encrust like that they are obviously doing well. They are happy. They will grow upward in due time. Be patient and keep up the good work.
