Corals that tolerate red bugs.

While they might not kill an Acropora [and there might be multiple species of bugs we're talking about] ... I still would tend to think that they're requiring the Acropora to expend some energy dealing with them.

You said it Mark. I have had to treat twice for RB and after each time the overall look of the tank, and certainly of the infected corals, improved drastically after the treatment. I would never knowingly leave them in my tank after seeing the difference the treatment makes.
