Could a Chevron, Squaretail/Spotted Bristletooth, and Yellow work in an 180?

I know multiple tangs from the same genus can be a crap shoot but I figured I would ask the experts. Could I get away with a Chevron Tang (Ctenochaetus hawaiiensis) , Squaretail/Spotted Bristletooth Tang (Ctenochaetus truncatus) , and Yellow Tang (Zebrasoma flavescens) in an 180? I recently added the spotted and for a few days or so the Yellow Tang was a pain in the bottom but now they are getting along. I have been waiting on Chevron for a while to put in my main display and one has become available, but I am not sure the new combination will work.

I don't think you'll have any long term problems. There may be a little bickering at first.

Chevron's are great tangs and I have always enjoyed them.... till they mature then I find them a new home and start over with another juvenile.

I wouldn't. Six feet isn't really very much space from the fish's perspective, even when they're small. Moreover, I don't think you can count on being able to "offload" the fish if problems arise when they grow out. I'd stick with one bristletooth or the other.

Some 180s are 8' tanks. 96x18x25. IMO, if you have a 8' tank, chances improve. IMO, swimming range is a big deal when keeping tang; the longer the tank , the more success.

My guess is that the two brisletooths will fight constantly but I have kept 3 smaller, non-related tangs in a 180 with no problems
