could anyone help me make a stand?

i want to make use out of my old aquarium when i get a new one. i currently have a 25 gallon and would like to use it as a sump. the stand for the 25 gallon whoever needs it can have it.....

i would like someone who has tools to maybe help me make a stand and canopy where i can keep my 25 gallon under it for a sump. also if i did this how much would it cost me to make it a sump.
