Could you ID anemone ?

I would say sebae anemone. What light is it under?

Most likely H. crispa.

looks to be a somewhat stressed and slightly bleached sebae (heteractis crispa)

have you checked the water quality?

from what i've learned, short, fat tentacles on a sebae is bad news, can you provide specs?
