Hi, could you please identify this guy? I bought this Candy Cane coral couple of days ago...

What does it do? Does it wave in the water like it's grabbing invisible things? If so, that's a barnacle. Harmless enough. If it just sits still aside from retracting when scared, it's probably a harmless tubeworm/fanworm.

Yes, looks like it is grabbing food from the water flow. So, this is a
barnacle. Thank you!

Barnacles are harmless filter feeders. It should do quite well as long as whatever you feed the coral has little bits it can eat. By the look of it, it was on the rock and the coral grew over it.
