2) gorgonian
4) maybe halimedia algea

All the green algea are CA loving types the red one is not. Did you collect these in the gulf?

1- grape macro (caulerpa sp)?
2- gorgonian
3- idk.
4- halimeda
5- mermaids fan (?)
6- shaving brush macro

I have every one except the first, but these are just educated guesses.

You are right on 1,2,4...I thought maybe 6 was maidens hair...not sure.

I'm taking the halimeda to my LfS, I do t want to deplete calcium with it. The grape will stay in the display until it gets eaten, then I'll throw it in the sump to regrow. And not sure about the others yet. I don't really want them in my display either. Kind of ugly.

maidens hair is more fine than that im pretty sure, and you got all that macro algae as hitchikers???? man.... i cant find any macro around here. or if i do its stupid expensive

#1 is often called grape caulerpa but it is not a caulerpa species.
I believe it is a type of Botryocladia.

#2 is a corky finger gorgonian

#3 Not sure - but definitely calcified like halimeda

#4 Halimeda

#5 Mermaid's fan

#6 Shaving brush
