Couple of beginner questions

Hi everyone! I have a couple of questions specifically about clownfish and anemones; hoping that you guys could help.

Tank Info:
60g 2' cube
Kessil 360w light
Reef Octopus 150sss skimmer
2 Occy clowns
Assortment of snails and hermit crabs

First off I have a pair of Occy's in my tank now that are doing great. They are eating really well, not really fighting, etc. Just the other day the more dominant of the two started to attack my hand while it was in the tank for some cleaning. He also attacked the mag float that I use to help clean the glass, especially to the silver and black sticker on the side of it. When I removed my hand and turned the float so that the sticker away from his he calmed down.

1. Now I know that this is normal behavior from a clownfish, but I am worried that this aggression could carry over into other fish that I want to add to the system; especially bangii cardnials. If this is going to be a problem is there a way that I might be able to mitigate this? Would getting an anemone help curb their aggression since they would be more likely to stay closer to the anemone rather than patrol the whole tank?

2. My LFS is going to stop carrying saltwater at the end of this month, and the next closest one to me is 3+ hours away one direction. They have a couple of BTA there, and I'm thinking that I would like to get one of them for the clownfish. I would like to get one, but not sure that my tank is mature enough for it, and whether or not they are healthy. They seem it to me, but I am new to this hobby. Or would I be better off and waiting and possibly getting a haddoni carpet down the line?
