You will definately want to contact the manufacturer to determine if it can be drilled. I loved having CLs on my old system. My question to you is where do you want to put the CLs? If you have an island overflow I'm presuming you wish to view from all four sides.
I see no reason you can't use those four 400W MHs to light your tank. I would however consider replacing the reflectors with something that is both standardized and distributes light better. You could also put a T5 on the front and back to suppliment.

Here's how I did my plumbing in that tank. I ran two reeflow barracudas on this tank. One was enough. Two on looked like a washing machine. I would and will use this same configuration again.

i want to put it on the bottom (cls) and yes i want to see it from every side also can i just change the refracture or do i have to buy a new set up bc mine are fixtures thanks also is there a online store so i can buy my pluming

It would be very helpful if you could take a shot of the tank from the side so I can see the overflow. Also a shot into the overflow from the top down to see how much room there is within.

I'm thinking you could run the closed loop from the overflow box. The catch is that it would need to be large enough to fit the CL plumbing in there along with the stand pipe and return lines.
Another option would be to run the CL lines adjacent to the overflow box and then use pond foam or aragocrete to hide the plumbing.

That first shot threw me off. I do not think you will be able to incorporate a CL into that. It will have to be external. Whether you sacrifice a side or the bottom will be the decision you'll have to make.
