Okay, been a couple weeks since fish and snails got in the tank. That big center rock I have used to be covered in this beautiful, wavy purple algae stuff. I went to the LFS and got 4 snails, 1 being a big ol turbo. He cleared the whole rock! I loved the hair algae!
Sadly, I wish it would come back, but i dont know if it will. But my question is, because my snail has been chowin' down on all my rocks he has pooped.. a LOT. like A LOT. The pictures attached are of some of my sand bed and if you look at those dark piles, that is his poop.. Also, I just did a water change yesterday to get rid of another big pile.
Also, I dont know if you can see the pictures clearly or not, but I got these white little things growing on all the LR. Was curious to know what they are, sadly I cannot get good enough pics. :reading:
Last question is, How long does it take for the bleached white coral to start looking aged and blend in with the LR.
