Couple questions

Hi Roger, I have a question on controllers. I have the 7094 and am waiting for the 7095. In another forum, someone said having 2 single controllers would be better. What do you think about that idea?

Also - is there a way to go entirely random? I currenly have 3 Streams and will be adding a fourth eventually. 2 on each side, the fronts pointed at one another, slightly facing forward - the rears pointing at each other. In alternating mode, the currents never really crash to create random flow. I thought it might be cool to do that, to completely make the flow random and eliminate dead spots. Is there a way to do that, and would you recommend it?

If not, what setting would you recommend with my set-up?

I would just get the 7095. It is true a bunch of singlecontrollers would be more random in some ways but four pumps in sequence mode with pulsing is just about as random.

Will wait. You know, Kingsley has a Stream magnet sitting on the shelf. The big one, I thought they were sold out.

How much will the new controller be?

$202 and some change. The local stores don't have such long lists of backorders so they are more likely to have one around, plus people can be amazingly lazy and sometimes they won't drive in to pick up an ordered item during the holidays.

Or hungover.

I might replace my smaller one with this one, if it's still there. It's rated to 1/2" but it's on my 3/4" acrylic holding a 6100 with no problem whatsoever.

Well, thanks as always.
