Cowfish Eye Problem

Our cowfish is just over 3 years old, we have had it since it was a baby. It's a real fighter (not with other fish)he survived a swim bladder problem. It allowed us to hold it in our hands and hand feed. To aid with that problem we feed it brocoli. To the problem at hand he lost an eye and now the other is clouded over it looks like egg white inside the eye. We are treating him for a bacterial infection. it does not seem to look like popeye. Has anyone seen or heard about an eye problem like this. Any suggestions would be appreciated. We are using Furan-2 for medication. Will get a picture up as soon as I can.
Thank's Sherry

Are other fish in the tank twitching? If so, then it might be flukes. Treat with Prazi-Pro by Hikari (praziquantel). If they're not twitching, then it might be a bacterial infection. Then treat with Sulfa, Furan or Minocycline.
