Hi everyone I was wondering if a cowrie tiger would be a good addition to my 40 gallon saltwater. I have not heard much about these guys but they are very cool looking mollusks. Thanks for any feedback!
As an adult they are listed as a carnivore on Live Aquaria. They mention that it will eat soft corals as well as some anemones. I might avoid it if you have a reef tank.
I had one and had to get rid of it, as I caught it crawling over polyps at night. I never saw it during the day so the entertainment value is low IMO. If was beautiful though.
