CPR Aquafuge outlet pipe size?

k well i Have a 20H and i want to fit the Aquafuge medium (19") and a Coralife Super Skimmer (4.75") Which is 1 inch too big.

I heard that u could let aobut 1 inch or so off of the tank and you could just bend the outlet pipe 90 degrees into the tank now im thinking well if this doesnt work i will need to buy pipes so it will, Do any of you guys konow how big they are?
the ones for Medium size.

They are a custom pipe made out of ABS, so I don't think you are going to have an easy time finding an off the shelf fit for a replacement/extension.
