Thought I had read before that these were prone to overflowing in a power outage?

Trying to grasp why?

Pump in and Pump out.

Can teh pumps not restart? Do they drain excess water into the main tank and cause overflow?

Or, are they prone to clogging in the return?

Any experiences feedback on the CPR HOB Refugium would be appreciated.
