I just got in (1am PST) and everything seems to be ok. Just a minor rock slide and a few corals dislodged. The original problem that I heard about last week was the auto top off not working, I'll check it all out in the morning. My sister in law was filling the sump to the fill line manually with RO/DI every day.![]()

Don't know if you remember me or not, but I decided to upgrade my 40g to a 120g instead of the 75g. I was so close to getting the 180g, but I budgeted it as almost another grand (end up being 2 grand by the time I was done with it)

Better to underfill than overfill, and nice to have someone that understands the basics to help out.

Gonna get an automatic system? We have a small portable one, 5500W that I can drag out if I need to do so.
I was considering a couple of deep cell 12V and an automatic charger/inverter to run some things during short power outages like yours above. I think it would run my 160 watt sump pump fairly well I imagine.
I'd love to have an automatic setup. My wife's parents have one, propane powered, comes on automatically and runs their whole house, even the central AC... But they spent big $$$ on it.
I got a few things done this weekend and purchased a few things also.
I'll post details soon but I'll leave a few pics.
