Crab hitch hiker

I just noticed I have this hairy looking crab hitch hiker in one of my rocks, It has brown claws, It's about the size of a turbo snail, I've had my tank up and running for two years and every once in a while I would see crab shells but never a crab. I cant take a good picture of it where it is, but when I can I will, I dont know if I'll ever see it again though... It has never touched any of my corals, so my question is shold I remove it, or let it be, any ideas of what it is? my friend said it might be a teddy bear crab...

It is most likely a member of the Xanthid family and while it may not (or may) pose a danger to corals, it will destroy alot of the sessile life found living on/in live rock, something you paid for by buying "live" rock. I would remove it if given the chance to do so.
