crab ID

This little crab showed up sitting on my sea Apple. He looks like a tic.
I had an anemone crab that disappeared a month ago, but he had a flat shell, well developed pincers and spots on his shell.
this guy has very small pincers, a squat round shell and no spots.
Could this be after a molt, or a different critter.

submit the photo to the FMAS florida forum... there are a ton of marine biologists that will ID it in a heart beat! Love those guys for that
 
It's a pea crab. Family Pinnotheridae. Likely it lives inside of the sea apple. I would suggest removal of the crab to be safe. Less stress on the sea apple the better. After all if the sea apple goes bad, your whole tank will be nuked.
