Hi,is it ok to feed my anemome and fish with pieces of defrosted crab sticks.on the packet it says 35 % crab meat.im a bit worried about the other 65%. Has anyone tried it or used it? Ty

I would think the answer would be... NO
Can you get any type of fresh frozen fish fillets, squid, oysters, scallops, shrimp and other frozen seafood at your grocery store? You can take all of that and mix it with mysis, pellets and flake food then run it in a blender to make a mush then put in a freezer zip loc bag and then break off pieces that you wish to feed. This will also feed corals.
