creole wrasse... someone have one???

Hi I have a 30g reef and a friend of mine will gift me 3 of this wrasse that are like 1 1/2'' to 2'' they are very beautiful and I will get thems because I will upgrade like in a year. So I want to know if someone have thems and their experience and also a few pics are welcome jejej.

in the wild the supermale grow 12'' and females 8'' but I have talked with some lfs and they say they dont grow more than 6'' -8 '' also my friend that is a collector say the same thing so I will try them because I will upgrade and yes, they are reef safe.

Yes they are first time I see one. You said they don't ship well hey?

no they dont ship well, they are delicate but once you got them to eat they are very hardy.

They are notoriously bad shippers. Even public aquariums have trouble keeping them.

Not worried about that. I am getting it from the ocean right here. More interested in if anyone has experience with them? Maybe not though if no one can get them?

I do not know of any success stories in captivity either, I'm afraid.
