Crisis!

Update.
Did the four day lights off, algae situation improved. still ways to go.

Went with the distilled water, brought the Salt down to 1.024 over a few days. R/O should be here beginning of the week.

Picked up a phosphate test kit and some seachem Phosguard. Test tells me I have under .25ppm. Added Phosguard to the reactor anyhow as the instructions claim its harmless if there is no phosphate. Figured it couldn't hurt.

LFS tested Alkinity, tells me its fine.

BUT.

Zoa's are still shut tight. Hammers are still only extending maybe 40% of what thesy ued to, Elegant is looking better.

Is there something I'm missing that Zoa's are sensitive to or should i just give them more time?
What else could be causing them to stress out?

Corals tend to self-protect by tucking in and just not taking in much water. They've been a bit traumatized, and may take a while to trust the environment, so to speak. You'll see them put out a little edge to test and maybe pull back. I've had buttons that arrived completely sealed-over and algaed, that took weeks to unseal.

You're taking the right measures so far, and things should improve. Did I mention there's a monster sticky up at the top of this forum, called SETTING UP and another on Dirt Simple Chemistry. Check those out for a fairly extensive coverage on procedures, levels, and how-to.

And keep posting. See if your local fish store will take about 7 of those baby clowns off your hands in trade for some mild-mannered blennies, gobies, royal gramma, or the like. Clowns get extremely fierce as they grow---some species have visible teeth: my Clarkiis bit me bloody and I finally traded the little dickenses off to a breeder, for whom they were very prolific. They begin battling as sex takes over, the largest become the female, she picks a mate, (they actually can change sex) and then the two of them take after everything else in reach. They won't, however, bother the other species you've listed, and they won't usually bother blennies and gobies if they have enough room. My two rotten Clarkii's took 50 gallons of the 100 gallon tank as theirs and terrorized a blue velvet damsel, if you can believe it. They were something.)

Thanks Sk8er. The Kids won't be happy to part with Nemo and Co. but it's for the greater good!

I'll take a look at the article and keep you'all posted.

Thanks for the help
