Cirolanid Isopod. they are a pest. They can stick on your fish body and kill them or casue deformation while fish grow with them sticked to there body.
have you seen a lot of them. if so don't add any fish untill you eradicate them.
no i havent seen many of them this one i found in my filtration. I dont really plan on adding fish prolly stick to corals and inverts. how about the other critter? any clue? they come out at night only and i have seen about 3-4 of them the largest is longer than a finger and about that in width as well. thanks again for all y'alls help
if you can catch them and kill them will be better. When you have Cirolanid Isopod you need to leave your tank for minimum a month fish less. I haven't hear that they can harm inverts or coral but they will defenetly can kill any new fish in your tank specially when hey are new arrival. they will take advantage of fish stress
