It's not a BTA, C.Eymann is right it's a majano. Very invasive and have been popping up all over lately. They mostly come in red or green and bubble up just like a BTA
To settle this difference of opinion of what is this thing. Look at the mouth of it and if there are white lines coming from the center of the mouth out towards the outer diameter then it's a BTA, if no lines it's a Majano.
i also agree that it is a majano and not a BTA look at the tentacles being on the outer rim of the anemone and the absence of the white lines in the center of the anemone.
