Anyone know what these white little things are all over my rock and glass, I think they're snails but want to make sure.

They look like sponges. My best guess from those pics would be pineapple sponges, but hard to say from those shots. They are very normal, especially in young systems.
 
I see the snails your talking about. I have millions in my tank they come out at night. Not sure if good or bad.

Not trying to rob your post but all of those little white dots are the same snails. Im also curious to know what they are.

collonista snails. Algae eater. Harmless. Come and go depend on food resources. No worries.

Yep.. collonista snails and I see a limpet and plenty of Spirorbid worms there too..
All harmless/beneficial..
 
I have the same small snails in my tank. Great for tank and good clean up crew.
