crocea pm?

so i've had this clam 1 1/2 years he's just started to show signs of possibly pm. If anyone has any suggestions i love this clam and don't wanna lose it. 1.026 s/g

1150 mag
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

oh and if you think i'm overreacting please let me know i wouldn't even post but i've never seen it not have a fully extended mantle and it incurrent(?) siphon is starting to be sunk in a bit.

doesn't look like PM. check that nothing is stinging it and check for pyram snails

no pyram snails and i don't see anything that could sting it no aiptasia near it and no other corals near it. I will let it go for another day hopefully it goes away?

update: he's getting worse any other suggestions?
