Crosshatch trigger and blue throat trigger

Can a pair of crosshatch trigger and blue throat trigger get along in the same tank if its big enough?If so what size tank would you need to make this happen?

They are both pretty passive fish but there is always an exception to the case. Most likely they would be fine but you will need a large tank soon as the crosshatches sell in the 7-9" range and will get bigger and are active as are the bluejaws. I would want a 8' long tank for the crosshatches if you plan on keeping them for a long time and the bluejaws maybe a 6' tank. If your serious about getting them I know a diver in Hawaii who can help you out with both. I should say you can get them smaller but the price does go up according to him.

My tank is if my math is correct 560 gallon and 10 feet long.What the price on the crosshatch from your guy?

Nothing now but here is what I was planning on doing.This is an upgrade and the first six I already have.2 maroon clownfish,orange sleeper goby,midas blenny,kole tang,bicolor angel,orange spotted rabbitfish.Here's what I plan on adding the pair of blue throats,pair of raccon butterfly,blonde naso,scribbled angel,blue ring angel.Also maybe a regal angel and maybe a pair of crosshatch.The crosshatch is not a must I dont want to overstock

In my opinion that wouldnt be overstocking with all of those but others might not agree. Thats a good size tank and should be enough room for all of those fish as long as you take care of you water quality as you already know. I have a orange spot rabbit fish and they get large also and pretty fast as they have a good apatite

I will PM you when I'm ready.I have to let my tank cycle and then add my old fish first.If it is overstock I can take the blue ring and regal off and like I said the crosshatch is not a must

I think you could try a pair of either species, not both, especially as you are looking to stock quite a few other fish.

depends what your final list is. you have a nice, large tank, so you can fit some good sized fish. I'd just be careful not to overstock.

do you have a budget? some of the fish you want are very expensive.

Nope no budget on fish well Im not going to pay a grand for one fish.That is pretty much the list.The only ones that are a must is the naso and scibbled angel.Everything may stay unless I find something to replace them with.Or they are too many for my tank.But this is pretty much it but nothing is final except those two

Well we have made our comments and now the decisions are yours now, you will have lots of enjoyment with a tank that size and could be a lot of action in there too, maybe keep your other tank for qt tank
