Crown is not eating and has a white thing from his belly

Hello, I have two percula clowns and the latest that I bought last week on the 7th is not eating and today I bought brime shrimp for them and the new one did not eat it, but now it is expelling a white filament from his belly. Is he constipated? The white line is hanging in his belly.
I also bought the garlic thing to put it in their food. What should I do?

I forgot to say that the first day that I put the new one in the tank, my older one started to shake his body towards the new one, but in an hour they were playing, and looked fine to me. I have been watching them and they do not fight or anything. They just hang out together in the same corner. The older one does pick on the damsels when they try to go to their corner in the back of the tank. They both seems to be getting along really well and the others are not picking on them eather. I have a 125 gallons and only 4 fishes, so they have lots of room to hide in the rocks.

she is really acting weird. She stays looking at the botton of the tank where she made a small dump area, as if she was looking at food. She eat only one brime shrimp that I saw because it is hard to watch her in the back of the tank behind the rock. The other one comes out and right back in there and keeps swimming next to her. When the damsels gets close to them. He trace them away in a mean way. She came out a little when Iwas feeding them and did not eat, but went right back to there and keeps swimming looking down and close to the botton of the tank.
I guess she did not like the garlic that I put it in the food, nor like the brime, food anything. What should I do?
