CSS 125 Mod and ASM G1 Mod

Ok, i have these two skimmers... CSS 125 and an ASM G1... oh and I have 2 extra Sedra 5000 NW pumps no being used.... both skimmers are NW skimmers, for now... what i want to do is convert them to recirc nw skimmers with gate valves on the outside... both fed from a small mag 5 pump....

What do you all think? Crazy? Worth it?

the 5000 is to much turbulance in the skimmers

here's my CSS moded with a recirc loop. I wouldn't go with a pump any bigger as there is a lot of turbulance.

I'll second that the sedra is too big. I tried a genx2400 on the css 125 and that pump was too much. So double the size and.......

if you wanted to go with a bigger pump you could always make your css bigger like I did
