Cube and slightly bigger tank

Due to power outage last month, I have lost most of sps and fishes. And I have decided to make myself a little more bigger tank, so that I could have more space for fishes and corals.

My new buid will be:

40" x 40" x 20" 12mm glass tank with two side optic clear glass.
29" x 24" x 16" 8-10mm glass

My stand will be similar to v1 rotate reef in the sky. Loved his stand, hope he does not mind.

My goal is for this tank as silent as possible, so I am trying herbie overflow with
2 x 1.5 " as for main drain and emergency and 3/4" single return line.

Eheim 1262 will be use for return pump, I was hoping this able to handle turn overate for my capacity. Planning to T it to chiller as well. ( or should I go with bigger pump ?

2 mp40wes are reponsible to keep my sps happy

And I had great success with zeovit, I might go on with that road. Hopefuly I could achieve the same result as my previous nano tank
I will update progress of the build

Any critics and suggestions are most welcome

Thanks

Seems like a good setup. I have a couple of questions though. What kind of lighting will you be using and what are your stocking plans for this tank? Can't wait to see how the tank turns out! Will follow along.

Thanks, I will be using ati powermodule hybrid 8x39watt.

It will be sps dominate and some lps from my previous tank. Also a purple tang and 2 snowflakes clownfish that survived, might add a few more fishes.

Great start reefid:beer:
Stand looks awesome!

Sorry for the the power outage and what it caused, but happy you didn't give up and decided to make a bigger tank:thumbsup:

I am planning to switch my 1262 to 1264, afraid the 1262 might be not enough. Original plan is to to Tee off 1262 to chiller. Chiller approx 4' distance, and as for return to DT will be around 4' height. Any thoughts ?

Thanks
