great tank by the way. im looking for a slightly bluer burn in of the Radium since i wont be using actinic bulbs on my cube I THINK!

I am not too familiar with the Galaxy ballast so I can't say the difference... No I don't have the meter to measure the outputs .. I can say is the tank has just slightly hint of Blue .. Not to blue and not too white and I like it more compare to helios...

I think he has a colony of it.. I got it a a few yrs back and its been on and off with me .. now its happy in the cube..

Thats the dosage that makes my corals happy and yes sometimes I don't follow instruction on the bottle as I go with how my corals react and from there I base my dosage..

Im just dosing both my 180g and my 90g Cube .. People locally still talking to me about using the stones.. I am happy where I am now and don't really want to do any changes unless my tank needs it. Like I said I go by with how my corals react and so far they are pretty happy with it

Interesting, that this was IDed as a pocci - I bought a frag of ATL ocean blue stylo, and it developed the rainbow skin pattern similar to this one....wondering whether this one is a pocci or a stylo.

Thanks Mike .. and correction its a Stylo not a pocci .. I also have a rainbow pocci that somewhat look like ORA birds of paradise..

Sorry for the confusion but its Rainbow Stylo got it from Twinreef in NYC..

I always have trouble telling stylos and poccis apart....this one is locally called a Stylo, but I'm pretty sure its a pocci, what do you think? (sorry for the OT btw)

yup, it came from someone, who got it from menard (half the SPS in Chicago, originated from Menard )

I figure :lol: as soon as I saw that pocci pic I knew it was from Menard.. I wish I can go and see it again in person ..
