Do you put any of your CUC in your fuge. I have a 15 gallon fuge (120g DT), with a DSB, and it will have cheato. How much of the crew should go down in the fuge area. I have a 60G "starter" snail kit arriving this week. The DT has been cycled about 2 weeks, and there is a very small amount of hair algae starting to grow. The fuge is at this point empty, the cheato is coming with the snails.

You can put a couple down there. The one thing you want to be doubly sure of is that none of them can escape the fuge area and get into pumps. I had a crab traverse the silicon in my fuge area and ended up getting his butt stuck in my skimmer pump. I would suggest having a couple down there but like I said. Make sure there is no way for them to get out. They will cause havoc.
