Can a cuc take being in a tank with 0 ammonia and .25ppm nitrite and 20ppm nitrate?

Personally I would wait till your nitrites are at 0 and you've done another test by dosing ammonia to make sure to cycles through within 24 hours before adding anything. It's hard to tell from your previous post but the colors on those tests make it look like you still have ammonia?

Do not dose more ammonia IMO..

Newbs need to learn to be patient..

But yes you can probably add a CUC without issue at this point. waiting a bit might be a better idea though..
