cucumbers?

I was wanting to know if I can put a cucumber in a FOWLR tank ? It currently houses a volitan, cowfish, SF eel, watchman, condy anenome and an urchin. I looked on the compatibility list and it didn't say it was an outright problem. I just wanted to find out if others have kept one with the same type of fish I have. I was wanting something to help with junk on the LR and tank sides. Also, I saw that you need to take care with the intakes. What do you do to keep them from attaching ? Thanks.

I don't see anything offhand that won't work, but remember that some cucumbers can release a lot of toxin if killed. I put foam filters over the intakes of my powerheads. They are annoying to clean, but better than the alternative.

The cucumber I had spent his time in the sand. I have had been luck keeping glass and rocks clean with mexican turbos.
