Cupramine and prazipro

Is it ok to medicate with cupramine and prazipro at the same time or do I need to do the complete cupramine treatment, take out the copper, then do the complete prazipro treatment?

Yes you can treat for both at the same time. Just make sure the fish seem healthy enough to handle both medicines at once.

Make sure the fish are eating well before treatment. Cupramine and to a lesser extent, Prazi-Pro can depress appetite. What fish are you treating, btw?

Hikari, mfg. of PP, says that using the two together decreases the effectiveness of the PP. I know its often done, though. A fish should be in a QT long enough to do both treatments separately. I just don't like to mix meds just for the sake of convenience; especially when one of them is copper.
