Yes you can dose both at once. I would split the dosage of Prazi into two separate doses spaced 24 hours apart. The cupramine directs you to dose the initially and then in 48 hours do a second dose. You need to watch the PH and Ammonia. Copper kills beneficial bacteria in the tank so you can also dose with Seachem Stability.

ok i need help fast! i tested the ammonia and its at .50 what can i do to get rid of it?
i put some of the ammonia removing compound in the tank looks like grat graval.

You may have a "False" high ammonia reading with Cupramine. Don't add any other meds or water conditioners as the Cupramine can react and be 10x more toxic.
Like jnc914 said. But I haven't seen any issues with Cupramine killling or retarding the biological filtration. Also, make sure you know as close as possible the actual amount of water so you dose properly.
