Cupramine dipped below .5 for a day

I've been prophylactically treating two hospital tanks with cupramine for 28 days, yesterday was the second to last day and the level in one of the tanks dipped below .5, maybe .475 (its so hard to tell with those test kits, I had my wife help). Anyway other than this one day its always tested .5 or a hair above. So what if anything do I need to do; start over, give it a few extra days, etc... Any thoughts would be welcome.

Thanks, so is there any reason they say .5 on the bottle? Is that to allow for fluctuations in testing (seeing as its so hard to really tell?

0.5 i think kills flukes as well while anything from 0.30-0.40 works for ich if i remember correctly from seachems forum.

Thanks everyone, I did a paraguard dip before starting the cupramine regimen so I think I should be okay for flukes, this is only prophylactically but as its the first fish that will be going into a new 450 that I ran fallow just in case anything from my 180 came over I don't want to take any chances as I near the finish line. The HT that tested low were a few fish that came from my old tank and have been isolated from rock for over 100 days now.

Paraguard and cupramine will not treat flukes, prazi pro works good though.
