Cupramine - Proper way to transfer fish to display?

After the course of treament is over, what is the proper way to put the fish back into the display tank?

1) Do you just net him, and put him into the display? Will this introduce copper into the display?

2) Do you rinse the fish in some tank water before introduction?

3) freshwater dip the fish first?

I first reduce the copper in the QT with carbon or cuprasorb. Then acclimate fish to display water. Net out and place in display.

I use an approach similar to gary's ... I add a few days onto QT and after removing the copper I begin to make regular water changes in the QT using show tank water ... eventually the ST and QT have the same water parameters and then I transfer the fish directly into the show tank without acclimation.

this is what I do except I fill 2 buckets with a gallon of dt water and give the fish 2 rinses before going back in. maybe a little overkill but I dont care!

So you do this in addition to what the other guys are doing?
