I have ICH, there's no doubting that....
I have no fish in my tank now... in qt.....
I plan to treat the tank with Cupramine with no fish......
Has anyone doubled the dose to "speed" up the process??

I have used cupramine before with good success. It has to reach a certain level to be effective. Anything above that level does not make it more effective, but makes it dangerous.

I understand that it is dangerous to have it higher than it should be....
I dont plan to have any fish in the tank though....

The parasite can only be killed during the free swimming stage - that said - adding more copper then necessary to the water column won't make the parasite lifecycle shorter. Good old patience is what's required right now - just dose it and verify with a good test kit that is designed for ionic copper (Seachem, Red Sea or Salifert). In about 1-2 weeks your fish will be good to go.

Good Luck
