I woulda, coulda, shoulda bought more rock when I began. Now I want to add some small pieces to my 12G Nano to enhance the landscape.
However, now that my tank is all cycled and there are living creatures in it, I don't want to screw it up.
I have two large pieces about 6 lb each. I want to add a few 1 lb to fill in some areas.
the only way to know you have 'cured' rock, is to cure yourself. So whats the easiest way? I was thinking this.....a 5 gallon bucket, filled with water from my tank that I removed during a WC, and a water pump.
How do you KNOW know that it is fully cured? Do I need light on it? Whats a good length of time to cure?
Any other suggestions?
