What the best method to cure live rock faster.

I have fuge were I'm gonna put LR. the fuge is set up. and the lr is in another tub with just water. I check the water and it is in a cycle. should i leave just like that and wait. or can i hurry the process? and how?

no. heater. jejej heat in PR is already hi. but yes I do have a circulation pump. and yes I do have it in salt water.

should I raise the heat and cook everything. for how long. If I put the tub outside for 2-3 hour the heat will be in 90*+ in no time.

You don't need to raise the heat. You're not trying to kill anything on the LR. Just let time take it's course. You'll probably want to do a water change in the tub in aweek or so. Keep us up to speed and we can help guide you thru the rest of the process.
