Curing New LR

Just received about 25lbs of LR from www.intmarinefish.com. Looks like some pretty promising stuff, but Im not sure if they cured the rock or not.
I asked for cured rock but when I received it there was seaweed, algae and sponges all over the rock.
I removed all of the areas that looked bad and have it in a rubbermaid tub with my skimmer, and two powerhead 30s.

Should I add more flow or is this a good amount?

How often should I do water changes and what is a good temperature to have it at?

If you have good flow everywhere in the tub you are fine. You want to make sure there are no dead spots, so more flow the better.
I wouldnt do water changes right away. I would keep on top of the water parameters.
I would keep the temp between 78 and 80.
