Curious Behaviour

Reaching out for a little help here. I have a few month old tank and I received an anemone with a nice rock from someone who was taking their tank down. Everything was fine and happy, it seemed like it was settling in nicely. Then I added two shrimp and two bangaii cardinals. One shrimp and one cardinal died over night :( (that may or may not be relevant). Since then, my anemone is not really coming out to enjoy the daylight. It is just curled up like in the photos.

After some reading, and since the surviving shrimp hangs out directly behind the rock with the anemone, I decided to move the rock. After moving the rock (and the anemone) I noticed these two things on the rock. Not sure if they are just random artifacts, but the look to be living to me.

Does anyone out there have any thoughts on what might be going on? or what trespassers I may have ended up with?

Thanks in advance.

The second image was the best I could get unfortunately.

The setup is as follows:
65G Display Tank
30G Fuge/Sump
1.024 Salinity
<0.25 ammonia
<5 Nitrate (could be 0, I cannot quite see the colours properly)
0 Nitrite
PH 7.8
Flow is close to 1200Gph

Lighting is a Marineland Reef LED System and a Finnex Ray2 Daylight LED.
