current feeders

I bought 2 current auto feeders they have never worked I was able to set the timers but they don't seem to feed at designated times do you have a customer service number for current?

It's not a phone number, but if you go here:

and then down to the bottom of the page and click "contact", it will pull up their email. I've had pretty good response contacting them this way.
