current sunpod hqi vs current outer orbit hqi/t5

72" 250 watt. what are pro's and cons of each? more heat w/ outer orbit? all the info you can give me would be great.
my tank is a standard 125 gal.

Thanks for your post, Unfortunately I don't carry a Sunpod 72" fixture with 250 Watt bulbs, we do have the 72 inch Outer Orbit 3x250w 10K HQI-MH, This particular unit also carries 8 T5 bulbs which in essence will provide more light over all. As for heat issues each unit is equipped with a fan to prevent heat build up with in the unit itself
