I had a good experience with a company in Detroit. They do not ship, but I was up that way in Toledo so it was not bad for me to drive up and get it, 45 mins. They do starfire, basically anything custom.
There website is not good. They are in the process of upgrading. They only have the detroit market, so they are looking for ways to market to Cleveland area. I wasn't going to start promoting them until I started my build thread. I'm far from it but hopefully it will be here soon. They built me a 25" cube, starfire on two sides with a built in overflow, with two holes drilled for around $240.
Click on the top part of the page for the contact info. Again, their website is not good and they have been jerked around on web developers for awhile. Plus they are looking to expand business. I found them by accident with a google search.
