Hey Guys,
I am creating my first custom sump/refugium for my 92 gallon bow front tank.Given the odd shape of the stand I decided to make my own sump to utilize space. This is my very first sump as I am brand new to the hobby, any comments, feedback, or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Tank dimensions
20x23x22 1/4 Acrylic
Max tank volume: 38 Gallons
Operation tank volume
Max operational volume: 27 Gallons
Emergency overflow space: 10.4 Gallons
I plan to elevate my EM200 Skimmer to 10" water lvl with a stand which leaves me with just enough clearance to remove the cup.
Waterflow
4"Sock / Rock bubble tower -> Skimmer -> Baffles -> Fuge -> Return
