An order placed for a small aquarium pump part. Delivery had a small hiccup due to US postal service. Spontaneous email communication allowed for ease of frustration, and great extent went into a small piece of equipment. At the end delivery was made and everyone is happy.

Future orders will be coming. Who knows I may have to make a personal visit some time in the future. I have family in Franklin (Pro Power), and we will be going to visit them some time soon.
