I had my first experience with Ecotech yesterday and I have to say it was a pleasant one. I purchased a pair of first gen xr30's from my LFS and they need new fans. At first I was in full panic mode thinking it was gonna cost a fortune to repair the lights . Im between jobs and spent the last of my nest egg on the lights and I thought my wife was gonna through me in a wood chipper. So anyway I called Ecotech and spoke with Ryan, I asked him if they would sell me the parts I needed to do the repair and to my surprise they game me everything I need free of charge. They even let me go to their facility and get the parts. They have a beautiful tank in their showroom by the way. When I arrived Ryan was unavailable but the gentleman that assisted me was also very helpful and very professional. Thank you again to the wonderful management and staff at Ecotech Marine and have a fantastic and profitable new year.

I myself, called at the beginning of last week and the gentleman i spoke with was very helpful. Even that i called at 4:50 EST, he was not rushing too get off the phone with me.
