I am in freakin disbelief! :wildone:

My girlfriend just called me with our mail and we received a hand written thank you note from Fishy Bizness, for what was only a $12 or $13 order! All I bought was a little dry food and seaweed as we were running to the movies!

Way to go Fishy Bizness!!! :bounce3::bounce3::bounce3:

I am shocked! What great customer service!

We will be back!!!!

This may sound redundant but so did I!!! I have yet to submit a review on google to get a 10% discount but so far I am liking this LFS.

As did I. Good stuff. I really enjoy going there, I think I'm going to switch to their Natural Seawater from Catalina!

An LFS without discruntled employees :eek1:
Sounds like Tucson is moving up in the world, I need to go check this out for myself.

I just got an e-mail with pictures from Fishy Bizness that my special order has gone into QT and I can either put a deposit on it and pick it up after its QT period or not. Gotta love the no obligation order with QT to insure a healthy fish. I don't throw easy fish orders at them either. I will definitely continue to order with them.

Wow, I can feel my wallet getting lighter. Maybe I'll get that borbonius anthia. They had a male naso with streamers in qt that I loved but I'm afraid to add another tang I to the mix.

Brett what did you get?

That's awesome! They also seem to make a point of asking if there is anything that you want but don't see in the store.

Red Sea Regal

Awesome, one of my favorites!

Do you know how they QT, and is it effective with delicate (copper sensitive) fish?
Are you having them QT or are you picking it up yourself?
Do they have a guarantee?

Sorry for all the questions but it would be nice to know what they are about before I drive 50min all the way across town.

I have seen the qt in the back. I don't know what it's treated with or if the main qt is treated but they are in a much lower stress area where they get them eating ect. I think he said there are seperate hospital tanks for treatment. It's looks like colored acrylic holding tanks rather than see through glass. Brett, I think is saw your angel in there. They also had a nice male naso with streamers. Thus far I have only purchased one fish there and it ate pellet the next day at home.

Ed, I don't have all the answers due to the fact that they just got the store setup and I'm sure still working on things every day. Ive only been to the store twice so far, it is quite a drive for us on the NW side. I know they have UV as well as Ozone on their tanks. They have a separate system set up in the back for QT. As far as meds go I'm not sure. I will continue to QT my fish at home as well but I do feel better knowing how long the fish has been in the stores care, that its eating and to be completely honest Im ecstatic that I ordered a fish and they got it for me with lots of follow up. I received a couple more pics tonight via text. I also am unsure about guarantees. You should definitely make the trip and take a tour of what they got setup so far.

Thanks for the info Brett. I've been really wanting to go but just haven't had much free time lately. Hopefully this weekend I'll be able to stop by. That is really awesome that they send you pics! Looks like they are on top of their game.

I was finally able to stop by yesterday and the store is looking great. The display tank by the entrance is awesome and has some very nice fish. There is an excellent variety of inverts and the prices are about what you'd pay online, if not better. I picked up 12 nassarius for 10 bucks and the same with hermits. There are some nice coral selections and it sounds like they want to stock what people ask for, and not just have stagnant inventory that no one will ever buy. I picked up 2 Sps and a nice chunk of xenia by the way. Like some one else said, they do have the new Jaboe's in stock. I'll be taking my box in to swap with one of the ones they have in their display only because mine is in mint condition. Most of their empty boxes in the stacked up display show signs of shipping roughness. Just doing my part to help set up this store that I feel like I'm a part of.
