I've been browsing the forum lately and curious about the customer service....I've sent numerous emails and have yet to receive any type of response.....Is this what others call outstanding......

I have replied to your email and also found GHL direct did not receive an email from you however glad I was able to reply to your email to us within a very short period of time. Hope that reassures on client care, also as Allen says please join the support forum in the link as customer service is no longer offered on RC.
